iNovirsa-HCM™ is a pure Microsoft Technology based, non-intrusive web based application software. The assessment of the individual, an employee and / or jobseeker/student in his quest for a new position gives the candidate a valued snapshot of himself. Individual can find the answers to ‘Who is he/she as a person’, ‘What are the skills in his current position’, ‘What does he/she want and how is he/she able to do so (or may be helped to enable for example by education / training)’. The recruiter uses in his search for a new candidate a similar assessment. In case of a fit to a certain level, the assessments (supply and demand) are automatically and bidirectional linked together, both viewed from the candidate and the recruiter.
