Information concerning software available on the Website

All software made available on the Website is copyrighted by iNovirsa (hereafter called’ the Company’). The user has therefore only a personal and non-exclusive right to use the software. The use of software is regulated in the user agreement for end user, which is accepted by the user when installing the software. The user has no right to transfer parts of this software to others, nor to copy, distribute, change or make use of the software in any other way than what is explicitly described in the user agreement. The Company renounces all responsibility and commitments related to the software, unless otherwise stated in the user agreement.

Information concerning documents available on the Website

The design of the Website is protected by the copyright act and the marketing act, and cannot be copied, imitated neither partially nor completely without the consent of the Company. Consent for the use of user documentation/instructions, product and company information, articles, press releases and answers to FAQ on the website will be given provided that the following conditions are met: (i) that the declaration of copyright (c) 2010 iNovirsa, India and a note informing that the material is used with the permission of the Company are easily visible, and (ii) that the material has not been altered. Graphics, images, sounds and logos cannot be copied or distributed without special consent from the Company. The site has been designed by third party developer/ webmaster, if you found that any image/design has been copied from somewhere and violating any copyright issues, please feel free to contact us and we will rectify the issue at the earliest.

Information concerning links on the Website

The Website has links to other sites through which users gain access to content, products and services from a third-party. The Company only provides links to make it easier for the user to find other websites. This does not however, entail an approval or recommendation of these websites.

Information concerning treatment of personal details/privacy

The Company strives to treat all personal information with care. Personal information will not be saved when users visit the Website. However, certain information will be registered, like what type of browser is being used (i.e. Internet Explorer, Netscape), operating systems (i.e. Windows, Macintosh), date and time of the visit, which site the user visited before entering the Website and what language the user prefers. This information is solely used by the Company for generating statistics and as an aid to improve the Website. If the user voluntary gives name, address, e-mail address and similar information, for example when registering or using the webshop, this information will only be available to the Company and will not be sold or in any other way distributed to a third party. Downloading or any other way of obtaining software, information and other content from the Website is undertaken by the user at his or her own risk. The Company renounces all responsibility regarding potential loss, including but not limited to the loss of data or hard disk errors occurring when downloading. The Company does not guarantee that the Website will be available for users uninterrupted, or that the Website will function as promised or be free of virus or other damaging components at all times.

Information concerning communication to the Website

All ideas, concepts and material given to the Company will be the Company’s property without special agreements. The Company reserves the right to use this material at the Company’s discretion, for example in advertising material.
